Hey there! I’m Tiara Hicks, known to my clients as DJ Lady T, and I’m the proud owner of Urban Opulence Entertainment. I’m from Luling, Texas, and music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started with instruments first—drums, then clarinet, then saxophone—and that foundation shaped the way I hear rhythm, timing, melody and the little details that make a room come alive.

Today, I bring that same passion to the DJ booth. I create high-energy, seamless music experiences for couples and hosts who want an unforgettable celebration without the cheesy clichés. I’m an all-genre, bilingual DJ and MC, and I believe your soundtrack should feel like you—not a generic radio playlist.

Outside of events, I’m also a nurse, so caring for people is naturally part of who I am. That same calm, attentive mindset shows up in my events: I listen, I prepare, I communicate and I stay tuned in to what you and your guests need throughout the celebration.
